SHG coffee

In El Salvador and Central America, we offer coffee from estates with a score of 86 points, grown at altitudes ranging from 1,400 to 1,500 meters above sea level.

SHG

SHG stands for “Strictly High Grown”, indicating coffee grown at high altitudes, which generally results in denser beans with more complex flavors.

“Parchment/Un-roasted”

Parchment coffee is carefully processed to remove the outer pulp while retaining an additional protective layer helps maintain the coffee´s quality during storage and transport.

Roasted.

Roasted coffee has undergone a precise roasting process that enhances its flavors and aromas, transforming green beans into their final, ready to brew state.

Blends.

In coffee, “Blends” refers to mixtures of coffee beans from differents origins, varieties, or flavor profiles. Blends are created to combine specific characteristics and archieve a balanced and consistent flavor profile.

Micro-Lots.

“Micro-lots” are carefully curated small batches of coffee beans from specific regions or single farms. These exclusive lots are known for their unique flavor profiles and exceptional quality, produced in limited quantities for a premium experience.

In El Salvador our partners dry the coffee beans in the sun to unsure exceptional flavor in every cup. They carefully spread the beans in outdoor beds under direct sunlight, allowing for even drying and preventing fermentation. This process, which can last several days or weeks, develops complex and distinctive flavors that make the coffee unique. Drying Machine

The coffee machine drying method uses specialized equipment to accelerate the drying process of freshly harvested beans conducted from volcanic highlands with precise control of temperature and humidity, we ensure uniform moisture removal to preserve coffee quality. Storage and shipping
