What currencies do you accept?

Our company mainly accepts payment in USD for exports our international business, while for domestic transactions, in some cases we accept the Japanese currency.

How would the search, Brands, and purchase of a vehicle be?

Firstly, contact our staff via email. Then, we will respond within 2 to 3 business days to gather details about the vehicle of your interest. If we do not have it in our warehouse, we will proceed to search at auction houses, maintaining communication with our client for every datails.

About the final estimation.

The form of an INVOICE based on the chosen vehicle and shipping conditions. To receive the Invoice, please follow the steps bellow:

Visit our website and contact our staff in the available languages via email.
Once our staff responds to your inquiry, the vehicle as your request, and prices process will start.
Upon finding the vehicle at auction houses, we will proceed to send an estimate, photos, videos, and details to the final buyer.

Regarding payments, how would it be?

Regarding payment, We do not accept cash or credit card payment. Our company only accept bank transfer, in the case of purchasing a vehicle at auction, a 50% advance deposit of the total vehicle cost is required. If it not for export, our company will contact you to provide details of the final sale. Once the vehicle is ready for shipment via container or Roll-on Roll-off, we will require the remaining payment. In the case of purchasing a vehicle that is not at auction and is therefore in our stock, 100% of the purchase amount is required before it can be exported to its destination. Cancellations are not accept. To avoid any inconvenience, our company is available to accept any question before the search and purchase process begins.

Who is the responsibility of covering the bank transfer fee?

The buyer is responsible for all bank fees. Please confirm the cost of this fee with you bank before closing the purchase agreement with our staff. About IBAN code, Japanese bank don´t use it. please ensure to inquire with your bank regarding about Swift code. On many occasions, to facilitate transfers with customers, our company uses a WISE Transfer account.

What kind of documents I supposed to receive from ESS EXPORT Ltd, regarding my shipment?

You, as an imported you supposed to receive from our company and partner the following documents.

Bill of Lading (B/L)
Insurance Documents if you purchase cost, insurance, freight (CIF)
Export Certificate.
Commercial INVOICE.

If your government requires, we will also send you the next following:

Inspection Certificate.
Export Permit (also they called “Bill of Entry”)

Before purchased about Delivery documents, how would it be?

The address where you would like us to send all your documents, we use via DHL courier service. Please provide us with the full name of the recipient, Personal names cannot be used the shipper or consignee, only company name are allowed in this case, complete the address without abbreviations and the telephone numbers. Please ensure that the information is clear and accurate, as any discrepancies could complicate or delay the shipment.

Who will be the recipient?

The recipient is the individual who will assume ownership, or “Future Owner”. Please provide the recipient´s full name exactly as it appears on their passport or ID, the complete address without abbreviations, and the telephone numbers. It´s also crucial consider the next following when providing all your booking information:

Your booking may face delays by the shipping company if the full name and complete address of the recipient are not provided. Only full and complete information should be provided.
The recipient´s name must be free of any spelling errors. Even the slightest mistake may necessitate a (B/L) Bill of Lading amendment, incurring additional fees and time.

FOB Fees for vehicles shipped via Ro-Ro(roll-on/roll-off) or Container 20HC/40HC under FOB Terms.

All vehicles that are suitable for polishing and have water spots or small scratches on the body will be polished before shipment. This service is provided at NO additional cost to our customers.

600,000 yen to 1,000,000 yen= USD 850.00 FOB
1,000,000 yen to 1,500,000 yen= USD 900.00 FOB
1,500,000 yen to 2,000,000 yen= USD 1,200.00 FOB
2,000,000 yen and more= USD 1,500.00 FOB (Classic cars are included.)

Vehicle grading range according to the auction houses.

Grade A/-1/0= Accident grade cars.
R/A= Accident repaired vehicles.
2.0= Typically shows rust and likely has some corrosion.
3.0= Then car will be in average condition.
3.5= Small imperfections but generally in good shape.
4.0= Very clean and well-maintainded.
4.5= In outstanding condition.
5.0= Nearly brand new
S= new car.

Auction Sheets

An Auction sheets is a document that summarizes the condition and features of a vehicle in an auction, including details such as its general condition, visible damage, and condition rating.

No certain how much of offer?

Our online auction service includes a price research feature that allows you to review recent sales prices for the same or similar vehicles. This helps you estimate a suitable bid. Our system retrieves historical data from comparable vehicles but does not include vehicles with accident damage.

Auction outcomes?

At the end of each auction, the results for the vehicle of you interest will be sent to you to help you understand the previous sale margin. This will assist you in proceeding with the next purchase.

ESS EXPORT own the auction cars?

No we do not own the auction vehicles, we act as an intermediary, offering purchase and shipping services on your behalf.
